How can i make for my hair to grow faster .... but only longer?

i have a lot of hair but from the inside i recently cut it up to my shoulders .. but i want it longer is there soemthing i can do to make it grow faster ... another thing is there any kind of product to make it pretty .. and when i wake up in the morning it wont look bad .. and i could be able to wear it like that all day morning!!! ?? help
